Ingredients

Suji - 30gms

Greek Yogurt - 30gms

oil - 3gms

sesame seeds - pinch

green chilli - 1

coriander - few leaves

Salt - as per taste

Method

Step 1

Mix Suji n Yogurt keep it aside for mins

Step 2

add salt n water ( idli consistency)

Step 3

grease a plate with little oil

Step 4

add eno (/ TSP) and put to steam immediately

Step 5

steam for - minutes

Step 6

tadka: heat oil put mustard seeds + sesame seeds + chilli

Step 7

add tadka to steamed Dhokla and put coriander leaves
