add salt n water ( idli consistency)
grease a plate with little oil
add eno (/ TSP) and put to steam immediately
steam for - minutes
tadka: heat oil put mustard seeds + sesame seeds + chilli
add tadka to steamed Dhokla and put coriander leaves
