Suji 50 gms

Whey Protein Chocolate flavour - 33 gms

Milk 100 ml

Monk Sugar 15 gms

Method

Step 1

Slightly toast the Suji until it turns golden brown

Step 2

Add the whey protein into the milk and blend until it becomes silky and smooth

Step 3

On a non stick kadai, pour the whey milk and cook in a medium heat.

Step 4

Add Suji over the milk and cook in a moderate heat until it curdles

Step 5

Shift the mixture in small bowls and refrigerate

Step 6

You can top with low fat whipped cream or sprinkle some flakes of almonds to make it tastier
