Garlic - 6 cloves sliced
Ginger - 1 inch sliced
Ghee 8 gm
Kashmiri Lal mirch
Black Pepper powder
Jeera powder

Add ghee to a pan followed by onion,garlic and ginger and cooked until brown
Add chicken and saute for mins
Add salt,jeera powder,black pepper powder,kashmiri chilli powder followed by grated/pureed tomatoes.
Cook for - mins
Garnish with corainder and serve with chapati/paratha
