veg mayonnaise 2 tbsp
oil/ghee for paratha
pinch of salt
oregano
chat masala
cheese 30 grams
firstly finelly chop onion tomato carrot and capsicum then in a pan with a drop of oil saute all the vegetables and add salt, chat masala and oregano then add mashed paneer and soya granules, cook for - mins at end add pizza pasta sauce and mayonnaise and cheese and mix properly
add the above made mix between two rotis and cook on tawa with ghee
above mixture makes - parathas
