Method

Step 1

Chop all the vegetables into small

Step 2

Stir fry it in oil and garlic

Step 3

Add spices to it

Step 4

Take the mushrooms and remove the lower part and clear the sides

Step 5

Now it will be in a shape of smalls cups

Step 6

Fill in those cups with the stuffing of vegetables

Step 7

Heat a pan and place the mushrooms in it and grate cheese for toppings

Step 8

Place a lid on the pan and leave for - mins until its cooked.
