Frozen Strawberry: 150 gm
Milk: 100 ml
Whey Protein Powder: 25 gm
Water: 100 ml
Psyllium Husk: 5 gm
Put all the items in a blender and just blend! Add water according to your desire, I use ml. Psyllium Husk gives the ice cream consistency and volume. Some people add Guar gum as well but I had psyllium husk and hence used it.
