Chopped ginger & garlic

Carrot peels

Diced Crougette

Spring onions

Pak choi

Baby corn

Mushroom

Brocolli

Paneer

Coriander

Ghee

Soy sauce

Vinegar

Salt pepper chili flakes/chilli sauce

Peas

Method

Step 1

Heat ghee

Step 2

Add ginger garlic and sauté for a minute

Step 3

Add all veggies of your choice except green leaves and sauté for - mins

Step 4

Add all the green leaves and paneer. sauté for a minute (Alternates: Add chicken or soya)

Step 5

Add little water and splashes of soy sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce, salt, pepper

Step 6

Stir fry for mins

Step 7

Serve with hot rice
