Onion broccoli mushrooms bell peppers garlic baby corn Pink salt , black pepper oregano , basil n dash of soya sauce
In a pan , lay out mushroom and let them get brown and release water . Add bell peppers, and baby corn and sauté them. Add onions and broccoli at last, add the seasoning and cook for another seconds on high flame. In a different pan , boil quinoa. Drain the excess water once done . Mix it with veggies and enjoy
