veggies of your choice like bhindi, torai, tinda, baingan, karela etc. 100 gms here i took bhindi 100 gms salt 1 t spoon red chilly powder 1/2 t spoon haldi pwd 1/2 t spoon dhania powder 1 t sp roasted besan 1.5 tsp or 10 gms amchur pwd , 1/2 tsp
step - take a steamer or steel chalni and pour glass water in a vessel or pot and put on gas for boiling water step - cut bhindi half not full like we cut for making for stuff veggtables . step - mix all dry spices and roasted besan and fill nicely in bhindi step - when water comes to boil put you stuff veggies in chalni or steaming pot ,and close the lid step - after min. your bhindi becomes soft , take out in a plate and enjoy zero oil stuffed bhindi as a snack or sabji with out any guilt . note - you can use tsp oil and saute for min. if you want some crunchiness in veggies according to your choice
