Turmeric

Dry ginger powder

Fennel seed powder

Method

Step 1

Chop knol knol

Step 2

Heat oil in pressure cooker and add hing jeera and add chopped knol knol

Step 3

Sauté for min

Step 4

Add salt,red chilli powder,dry ginger powder,fennel seed powder and mix well

Step 5

Add water as per gravy requirements

Step 6

Pressure cook for min or whistles and it’s done

Step 7
