4 whole eggs 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon black salt 1 tea spoon turmeric 1 tea spoon chillipowder 5gm olive oil 30ml water
step : take ml water in a deep bowl , add ginger garlic paste , black salt and turmeric , add chilli powder and mix well step : break the eggs and pour the contents in the mix done in step , mix well untill there is uniform consistency with no lumps step : take a deep PAN , add gm olive oil or tbsp olive oil , keep it on low flame for seconds step : pour the egg mix done in step two into the pan cover the pan with a plate and keep it on low flame cook for min on low flame step : open the lid and turn over the omlete and close the lid for min on low flame as we cover the lid ... it traps the steam and cooks the omlete well on top ... this gives a fluffy kind of texture... after min open the lid and serve ur omlete hot with veggies ๐ and carbs ๐
