100 gm non fat yogurt
date tamarind chutney
mint chutney
black salt
oil 2 gm for greasing
eno 1 sachet
soak both dals for to hours
make a smooth paste in grinder
beat it lightly with salt and eno
grease idli pan
place small balls of the prepared batter on idli pan
steam for mins
dunk the prepared badas in warm water and soak for mins
lightly squeeze and serve with chilled beaten yogurt
add both chutneys and sprinkle black salt and chaat masala
serve chilled
