Rice-25 gms

Spinach-150 gms

Soya-35 gms

Mushroom-25 gms

Ghee-5 gms

Onion-10 gms

Method

Step 1

Step-: Soak soya chunks in water for min. Step-: Cook rice in a pan with sufficient water. Strain the water once the rice is cooked. Step-: Sauté the veggies, adding salt and pepper/chilli, along with soya chunks (squeezing the water from the soya chunks), while the rice is being cooked. Spec-: Mix it in a bowl, and top it with coriander chutney for taste. Your happy meal is ready, enjoy!!
