Step-: Soak soya chunks in water for min. Step-: Cook rice in a pan with sufficient water. Strain the water once the rice is cooked. Step-: Sauté the veggies, adding salt and pepper/chilli, along with soya chunks (squeezing the water from the soya chunks), while the rice is being cooked.
