Ingredients

Mixed sprouts -120g Paneer -25g Onion - 100g Tomato - 100g Cucumber - 200g Beetroot - 50g Butter - 10g Honey - 5g

Method

Step 1

- In a pan take the butter, let it heat now add half the onion and cook under light brown, now add a pinch of turmeric and red chilli powder. - Cook the above for sec and then add half your Tomatoes and betroot - After a minute add your sprouts and half a glass of water to the pan add some salt. - Cover and cook for mins - Take off the lid add your paneer and cook for mins, now check for the consistency you need, l like my sprouts medium cooked. - Now take a bowl and add the sprouts mix to it. - Add the rest of the onion and tomatoes. Add cucumber. - Sprinkle it with some salt and a drizzle of honey. - Happy eating
