Lemon juice
Heat the sprouted Lentils in a open pan to soften the lentils and put aside.
Let it cool down, meanwhile, chop the red onions, English cucumbers (more sweeter than regular cucumbers), the avocado into bite sized cubes.
Chop Jalepeno/chilles into small piece as well. Take out the seeds if too hot for you.
Season with salt, black pepper, chili powder, lemon juice and Enjoy!
