Spring onion with leaf leaf : 60g Shengdana kuut : 10g Sugar 10g Salt 2g Chilly 1g Lemon juice 1g Oil 10g Jeera 1/2 tsp Hing 1 pinch Turmeric powder 1/4th tsp
▪️Coarsely chop the spring onion and its leaves ▪️Add shengdanyacha kuut ( crushed roasted peanuts ) salt , sugar and a dash of lime juice ▪️Mix it thoroughly and cover and keep it aside ▪️Take a tadka pan and heat oil ▪️Once hot, add / tsp jeera , g big pieces of cut chillies , a pinch of hing and /th tsp turmeric powder ▪️Keep it on low flame for - seconds for it to cook ( be cautious as it can burn easily ) ▪️Add it to the mixture prepared earlier and mix thoroughly
