Rice- 90gm Spinach- 180gm Paneer -100 Mix veggies -100gm Oil-10gm Mint and corrinder- handful Ginger +garlic Green chillies cumin whole spices ( cloves, cardmam, black pepper, bay leaf) Onion -1
) Blanch spinich, cool and grind it with Mint, corrinder, ginger, garlic and green chillies into paste with little water. ) Slice onion and cut veggies of your choice (Capsicum/carrot/French beans/Green peas) ) Cook rice with lil salt, keep it aside. ) In heated pan add oil, cumin, whole spices and sliced onion. Cook untill brown. Add veggies and let it cook for - minutes. ) Now add prepared paste, cook on medium flame till dried up. ) Add Cooked Rice, Paneer and salt. Give a good mix. Cover and cook for minutes and it's ready. Enjoy with curd!!
