Toast 1 (20 grams )
Mushrooms 4 pcs (20 grams )
Spinach 1 cup (100 grams )
Oil 10 ml
Salt n pepper
Slice mushrooms and chop spinach, take / of the mushrooms and half of the spinach for sauté
Heat ml olive oil in a pan , add the half mushrooms and spinach and sauté it for a minute on high flame .
Now break whole eggs in a bowl , add the sautéed veggies and salt and pepper and whisk everything well
Now in the same pan add another ml of oil , and poure the egg mixture. Now arrange the the other half of spinach and mushrooms. Cover and cook for minutes on medium flame and then flip and cook the vegetable side .
Serve hot with a slice of toast
