400gm chicken
Lime juice
10gm butter
50gm onion
50 gm garlic and ginger paste
Wash, chop and blanch the spinach leaves
In a blender, add the blanches spinach leaves, washed mint leaves, salt and green chillies.
Marinate chicken with salt, ginger garlic paste and lime juice for mins.
In a wok, add butter. Once hot, add onion, fry it well. Now add marinated chicken and cook well in low flame. Now add the spinach puree. Mix well and let it cook. Add black pepper powder. Add salt and lime juice as per taste.
Adjust water and cook covered. Serve hot.
