Capsicum 130gms (remove seeds)
Onion 35gms
Vinegar (30ml)
Garlic (10gms)
Oil (3gms)
Bird eye chilli (4)
Sugar (3gms)
Saute onions in the pan with gms oil
After onions are sauteed ,add garlic cloves , capsicum & add vinegar and cook for -min
Switch off the gas add Salt, herbs , lemon, bird eye chillis & sugar.
Cool & grind the mixture Its ready . Marinate your protein source , cook your protein source and apply again after cooking.
