Ginger- 5gm
Garlic - 5gm
Green chilly- 1
Dry Spices- salt, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder.
Coriander leaves - 5gm
Make a paste of ginger, garlic and chilly and all dry spices to it. Marinate fish with this paste.
Heat the oil in the skillet, fry the fish until it’s caramel brown on both the sides. Pair it with chapati or rice 😋
