140gm Potato

15gm Olive oil

Method

Step 1

Cut onions in julienne cut. Slice potatoes in small pieces. Beat two eggs in one bowl. Add salt and pepper to eggs as per taste. Heat gm olive oil in a frying pan. Sauté onion and potatoes in pan and once it cooked add that in beaten eggs. Then add gm olive oil to pan and pour the mixture to pan. Cook it from one-side and flip it with the help of other plate and cook it for - min more.
