ghee 5gm soya chunk 25gm Paneer 25gm veggies 50gm onion 25gm tomato 25gm curd 20gm

Method

Step 1

-Take curd and add salt, pepper , origano, all spices(as per taste) in curd -dip paneer n boiled soya in mixed spices curd -rest mins -fry onion tomato and veggies on non stick tawa using gm oil -onces vegies fried add dipped paneer soya on the non stick tawa , get it cook fr mins more -Ready to eat
