Grind soya and kidney beans with chickpea flour and spices. Form a patty shape and put it in an oven tray. I broiled it both sides until it was crispy. It will be chewy from inside and crispy outside. Then spread spoons of curd all over, sprinkle onions, coriander and some Greek seasoning. Enjoy!
