Defatted soya flour

wheat flour

rice flour (optional)

Method

Step 1

Mix gm wheat flour and gm defatted soya flour.

Step 2

add enough water to get dosa consistency.

Step 3

Add spices and additional items per preference. I added gm onion, green chillies, cilantro, pepper, salt and ginger.

Step 4

Make like regular dosas by putting on hot tawa and add oil
