soya granules flour-50 gm
onions chopped
jeera -1 tea spoon
ginger garlic paste
turmeric
salt for taste
chilli powder-1 tea spoon
soak the soya granules flour for min
mix the soya granules flour with flour and add all remaining ingredients.
add the water till we get thick batter consistency
heat the pan. pour the batter on the pan and spread it thick.
Heat it on both sides min each on medium flame.
use oil according to your macros dosas are ready. can eat with curd or any veggie dip or peanut dip.
