Ingredients

oil : 10 grms

Mix Veggies : 100 grms

soya chunks : 30 grms

Groundnuts : 10 grms

Rice : 50 grms

ginger garlic paste : 3 grms

spices & salt as per taste

Method

Step 1

: Heat oil in pressure cooker , add cumin & mustard seeds

Step 2

: Add veggies (onion,tomato,beans, cauliflower,carrot), soya chunks and ground nuts and ginger garlic paste

Step 3

: Add Spices as per ur choice , I added red chilli powder , turmeric powder, Garam masala , biryani masala , coriander powder and then stir well

Step 4

:Add Rice ,give it a mix and add water

Step 5

:Take whistle

Step 6

:Your Soya Veggies Pulav is ready
