Soya chunks - 80 grms
Panner -30 grams
Wheat flour -30 grms
Ghee- 3 grams
Spring onion - 50 grams chopped ( u can add any veggies jus grate them n remove excess water )
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Green chillies - 1 tsp finely chopped
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Lemon juice
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Step- take a non stick Kadhai and add tsp of ghee
Add soya chunks n roast it until it turns brown on medium flame
After that keep it to cool for min n then grind it in to mixture grinder until powder form
Now take a bowl and add soya chunks powder ( according to measurement for eg: grams )
Add wheat flour ( eg: grams)
Add panner ( eg: :)
Add all spices red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilles , lemon , garam masala
Now add spring onions or veggies (optional)
Add salt according to taste
Now using little amount of water try to bind it
Out of the dough make tikki’s using little ghee on palm
Now on hot non stick pan apply ghee n leave tikkis to roast
Once done you can garnish it with chat masala ( optional )
