Cashew nuts
Onion

Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
Add Soya chunks to boiling water and soak it for - minutes then cool.
Squeeze all water from Soya chunks and grind it.
Add Palak to boiling water for minutes or until done. Cool then squeeze all water from Palak.
Grind Palak and Bread.
Mix ground Soya chunks, Palak, Bread crumbs, Onion, Ginger+ Garlic Paste (optional), Garam Masala, Chaat Masala, Cashew Nuts and Salt to taste.
Mix well and make tikkies.
Add oil to Pan and fry tikkies until golden brown.
