Ingredients

100 gm Soya

100 gm potato

10 gm ghee

Method

Step 1

Boil Soya and potato.

Step 2

Take water from the soya and grind them.

Step 3

Mix soya and mashed potatoes.

Step 4

Add salt and masla as per your choice.

Step 5

Make them in flat disc shape.

Step 6

Put them in non stick tawa add ghee and wait for them to get crispy.

Step 7

Let them be crispy from both side.
