Soya chunk 50gm
Potato 200gms
Oil 10ml
Chilli, coriander, seasoning and roasted jeera
Soaked the soya chunk until it’s become a spongy and meanwhile boil the potatoes.
Once the soya chunk spongy, squeezed the soya chunk and grind it in mixer, so it will be a shredded soya chunk. Deskin the boiled potatoes.
Roast the jeera and grind it.
Easy part is mix everything in a bowl Such as shredded soya chunk, boiled potato, Coriander, chilli, roasted jeera powder and seasoning.
Take a frying pan and make a tikki of your paste and fry your tikki.
Garnish with garlic and lemons zest.
