moong sprouts - 50 gm
soya chunks - 15 gm
besan - 20 gm
green chilli - 2 (chopped)
salt, black pepper, chaat masala - as per taste
take sprouts and soya chunks (squeezed) in mixer and grind it. Add little water if required.
pour mixer in a bowl and add besan , green chilli, salt, black pepper and chaat masala and mix it.
Heat a non stick pan/tawa and spread some oil. Spread some mixer with spoon evenly and let it cook.
cook both sides properly and the protien rich chilla is ready to serve. enjoy it with curd/green chutney.
