Spaghetti(30 gm) Soya Chunks(50 gm) Suffola (1 tbsp) Tomato(1 medium size) French Beans(20 gms) Green Capsicum(1 medium size) Coriander, Red Chilly Powder, Turmeric, Salt(as per taste)
Finely chop all the veggies . . Sauté soaked soya chunks in oil and add the chopped veggies. . Cook for mins . Add coriander masala,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt as per your taste. Non vegetarians can tweak with eggs/chicken
