Method

Step 1

soak gms of rice overnight.

Step 2

grind the rice in mixer by adding little water to it.

Step 3

add powdered soya chunks gms

Step 4

add green chillies, tomatoes, capsicum.

Step 5

add little turmeric, salt to taste

Step 6

use gms of ghee to prepare it on a pan. cook both sides for a crispier texture.
