Chop veggies - capsicum, onions, carrots, chiilies. . Boil potatoes and mash. . Soak soya chunks, squeeze the water and grind them in blender. . Mixing - Mix the chopped veggies, mashed potatoes, salt and spices (amchur powder, Garam masala, Salt, coriander powder), and grinded soya granules. Round it and give it a cutlet like shape. .
