Oil/ghee as per you macros
Paneer:20gms
Green chillies :1-2(optional)
Schezwan chutney/sauce: 1 tsp(use within macros)
Salt as per taste
Steps : .Mix wheat flour and soya , salt : Knead it to a soft dough and keep it aside for ten mins
grate paneer Add chopped green chillies if you choose to add Add schezwan sauce /chutney and mix well and keep it aside
Now take dough you made at step Roll it on , make as usual as you make stuffed paratha Enjoy hot with yoghurt / any side dish you wish to have with.
