)in a bowl take soya+maida+salt+mirch+zeera )mix them with hot water, make a flowing consistency(it should be thin than dosa batter) )heat tawa fully hot,add one gm of oil rub it with onion,n when tawa is fully hot pour the batter in round shape.. )slim the flame,cover it with lid for -- min.. ur rawa dosa is ready
) with this batter I made three big n one small dosa..
) u can serve with any chutney.. here I am not mentioning the macros of chutney
