Add Ghee to a cooker
Add jeera,and above mentioned whole spices followed by onion and saute until translucent.
Add whole garlic cloves,soya chunks,potato,carrot and green peas and cook for - minutes
Add rice and water and cook for whistles on high flame and whistle on low flame.
