mix veggies 200 gm
soya chunks 40gm
raw rice 40 gm
boil rice separately
sock soya in hot water and drain and cut into small pieces as per your requirement.
put ghee in a pan add jeera and veggies to it.
add spices and salt to taste.
cover the lid and let veggies cook for some time
add boiled rice and soya to it.
mix well and cover the lid and turn off the gas and let it cook in steam for some time.
serve hot
