10 grm ghee 30 grm rice 50 grm soya chunks 200 mix green veggies (any) i used, onion, capsicum, broccoli, tamato, beans masalas like.. salt green chilli, kitchen king
take pressure cooker add ghee, now add jeera and add all vegetables and stir fry for minutes now add masalas nd mix it thn add soya chunks and rice after mix it add required water and cover it with lid after whistle off the flame and serve it hot...n Enjoy ur dinner 😋
