For Sooji halwa
Add g oil in pan . once it's hot add sooji and soya powder.
stir them together till the fragrance of soya is reduced. Meanwhile in other pan heat times the water , add cardamom powder , stevia .
once soya frangnace is reduced and water is boiling mix all together and reduce it to desired consistency
