Ginger garlic paste
Take soya chunks in the bowl add hot water and let it sit for -mins
Drain the water from soya chunks and add some cold water and drain it again
Squeeze the water from the chunks and keep it aside
In a pan add oil , chopped onions ,curry leaves and some salt
Add tomatoes and all the spices and mix well
Add curds and add soya and mix well
Add pepper powder and mix welll Ready to serve !
