* Ingredients (The quantity I used was as per the diet given by the coach) - Veggies as per your choice (I used Peas, Onion, Tomato, Flower, Cabbage, Beetroot, Shimla,) - Soya granulars - Chilli Powder - Turmeric - Pav Bhaji Masala - Salt - Butter (if allowed 😜)
*Method: - Boil soya granulars, - Boil all veggies like flower, peas, beetroot (potato, if you are using), - Grind or smash them - Heat the pan, add oil/ butter and salut the finely chopped onion (I prefer to use the onion for garnishing. And so I directly add the smashed veggies) - Once the onion is cooked well add finely chopped tomato - Add the salt at this stage to get the tomotas cooked well and fast - Once the tomato lookes good add smashed veggies, and all the spices - Let it cook for while - Add boiled soya granulars and one cup of water. - Cook it for mins more - Turn the heat off, garnish it with finely chopped fresh coriander Here is the hot spicy Soya (Pav) Bhaji ready to serve with brown bread and a slice of lemon😋
