Mix Soya chunks grinded flour with wheat flour..Add spices and salt and make dough of it. Prepare balls of Dough and make Paranthas out of it on Non stick pan. Mushroom Palak Prepare Spinach by boiling spinach and Mushroom. Make gravy using mentioned quantities of Onion Tomato Ginger Garlic paste and using all Indian spices and salt with GM's ghee. Add grinded Spinach in it with Mushroom and cook it on slow flame for - mins by adding more GM's of ghee. Ting Ting Tiddinggg...All set to eat this.
