100gm soya
5gm oil
1large onion
1spoon ginger garlic paste
Cook soya in warm water(read instructions at the back of pack)
take panner and cooked soya and mince them together in a mixer grinder. Take the mix in a bowl
Make chutney with onion and ginger garlic paste. Use a cloth piece to drain out all the water from the chutney
Mix the above thing with soya and panner mix
Add salt and other spices as per taste
Mix everything together
Make tikkis with the above mix and roast them on a non stick pan or air fry them
