Boil soya chunks and let it cool Once done Squeeze extra water and grind into smooth paste along with ginger & mint
Add chopped onion,mashed paneer,oats,salt,chilli flakes,chat masala and make a dough
Heat pan and brush with oil Make tikkis and place on pan and let it cook Turn to other side and cook till golden brown
Mix gave tikkis *veggies can also be added*
