100 gm green veggies like spinach, beans, capsicum, cabbage, carrots, garlic
5gm olive oil
Soak the soya chunks so that they are moist, cut veggies and then take a pan, switch on the flame add oil then chopped garlic and then the soya chunks, let them cook for mins then add veggies to it and then salt and pepper and cover with lid on medium flame for another mins. take paneer and sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, turmeric on it and either gril it or sautee in a pan, take out soya and veggies in a plate and put paneer on top and you are done.
