Skimmed milk hot: 70ml
Paneer grated :50gms
Stevia as per taste
Hot water :10ml
Oil within macros:4gms
STEPS: . Heat pan . Grease pan with oil within macros . Add soya granules and fry well . Add hot water to it and saute well .after the soya granules look like halwa . Add paneer and saute and fry again until soya and paneer are mixed well . Add hot milk , stevia and cook well until dry . Serve hot
