butter -10 gms
Boil and squeeze soya chunks
Grind chilli,ginger, soya chunks, salt and masalas
mix the above with finely chopped cabbage
drizzle some water to bind the mixture.
pat a portion on a hot tawa on low flame
let it cook well. flip to the other side add butter and let cook completely.
