Soya mince : 100gm Tip: soak soya mince submerged in hot water/normal temperature water for 5min (This makes you avoid adding water to sabzi while cooking and making it soggy)
Palak chopped : 200gms
Cumin seeds
Oil: as per your macro
Sabzi masala powder : of your choice
Green chillies : quantity as per your spice levels
Pinch of turmeric
Salt as per taste
Steps: Add oil to pan Add cumin seeds and wait till it splutter Add green chillies and saute till they get fried Now add chopped palak And stir and saute till they are soft Add soaked soya mince after draining water Stir fry till they are soft Add salt, Add turmeric powder Add sabzi masala Cook for another few mins and serve hot
